When we first opened the doors in 2007, our very first office was on the south side of Jacksonville. At that time, we decided our purpose was to be the most desirable community bank to work for, and to be the one that the community wanted to do business with. With a desire to deliver personalized service consistently, team members who are passionate about creating value and building long-term relationships with our customers based on integrity and respect, the ability to make all decisions right here, and a management team who is accessible to our customers, we know we have a formula that is desirable to customers who want to do business with a local community bank.
